How to order
1, Please send us through your design or images via email. If you have a clear visualised image, we can work straight from that, or if you have an idea of your desired motif or theme, we can work together with you to develop it.
2, Within a week, we will respond to your email with a quote and estimated turnaround time. Once the order is confirmed, we will charge 50% of the quoted amount. As soon as the initial 50% payment is confirmed, we can start working on the order.
3, If requested, or if we decide it’s necessary, we will produce a sample before completion. The sample will be made from wax or silver. It will be sent to you for you to try on. Please return the sample after trying it on.
4, After completion, you can collect the completed item in person, or we can send it to you via post.
We have plenty of after service support, such as repolishing or readjusting the size. Please don’t hesitate to contact us via the contact page if you have any enquiries.
オーダーの流れ
弊社はコレクションやストックを持たず、オーダーは全てお問い合わせをいただいてから1点ずつ製作しております。アトリエへ直接来られない方でも、ビデオ通話を用いたお打ち合わせやメールでの小まめなやり取りを経て製作、お渡しは郵送にてお届けしておりますのでお気軽にご相談くださいませ。
オンラインカタログ、デザインサポートツールをご希望の方はコンタクトページよりお問い合わせください。
1、ご希望のデザインやイメージをメールにてお送りください。ビジュアルイメージがはっきりしている方がスムーズですが、いただいたモチーフやテーマを元にこちらから詳細をご提案することも可能です。
2、ご連絡から一週間程度でお見積もりと製作期間についてご返信いたします。オーダーが確定しましたら、お見積もり金額の50％をお支払いいただきます。ご入金が確認でき次第、製作に入ります。
3、ご希望があった場合、またこちらで必要だと判断した場合は途中にサンプル製作を挟みます。サンプルはワックスと呼ばれる素材、またはシルバーでのお作りとなります。お客様の元へ郵送し、ご試着していただけますが、最終的にはご返却いただく形となっております。
4、完成後、パリのアトリエにてお渡し、または郵送にてお届けいたします。
